NO FRANCHISE
As per the Home Ministry regulation, all licensed security companies are not allowed to franchise the business. We strictly adhere to this and do NOT franchise our license.
FULL COMPLIANCE TO ALL LOCAL AUTHORITIES & GOVERNMENT AGENCIES
We take pride that we are fully compliant to all the government agencies, as we are subject to multiple audits every year. All our foreign personnels have valid work permit, and we meet and comply with all the regulations from various government agencies.
SEDEX-SMETA COMPLIANT
Sedex is a global membership organization that prides itself on making companies manage their performance on labour rights, health & safety, environment and business ethics. The audit is called SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit), and Bumijaya is fully compliant to Sedex-SMETA for many years now.
SWA & DQMP COMPLIANT
SWA (Supplier Workplace Accountability) is an audit that focuses on human rights, equality, freedom from discrimination, workplace that respects employees, etc. DQMP (Distributor Quality Management Process) audits key processes, records, preventive and corrective actions, reporting and management reviews. Bumijaya passes and is fully compliant and passes the SWA and DQMP audit.
MEMBER OF TAPA ASIA-PACIFIC
TAPA (Transport Asset Protection Association) is a global organization that assist companies to achieve a high security standard, with the aim of reducing losses by theft/crime. Bumijaya is familiar with TAPA standards and audit.
INTERNAL AUDIT
Bumijaya has our own audit system and we conduct our internal audit at client's location to ensure we have full compliance to SOP, and for improved performance.
